How to enrol at Year 7

Parents who are looking for a Year 7 student placement for 2019 are invited to take the opportunity to come and have a look around the College. School tours are running each Friday in Term 1 and the first three weeks of Term 2 2019 starting at 9.30 a.m. Feel free to book in on 9304 0400 or email Glenroy College at

If you have a young person due to start high school next year, please complete a complete an ‘Application for Enrolment’, from your primary school. You should receive these forms from your Primary School in April. You are also welcome to fill in an ‘initial enquiry for enrolment’ form the front office or online.  

To complete the enrolment procedure, you will be requested to attend an enrolment evening in Semester 2. During this evening you child will be officially enrolled and you will receive important information regarding books, Educational Maintenance Allowance and uniform.

To enable us to complete the enrolment form, you will need to bring the following information with you on the night:

  1. Name and phone number of two emergency contacts.

  2. Family doctor’s name, address and phone number.

  3. Employer’s name, address and phone number.

  4. Medicare number.

  5. A copy of your child’s birth certificate. The College will photocopy the Certificate on the spot, and return your copy.

Year 7 Orientation Day will be held on 10 December 2019.

How to enrol year 8 – 12 

When you want to enrol at Glenroy College, fill in an ‘Initial enquiry for enrolment’ form online or pick one up from the General office at the school. You will then be contacted by the Student Management Team Leader.
