Glenroy College provides a learning environment which is both nurturing and challenging. There is a strong emphasis on improvement through feedback that is timely, accurate and specific. A well-qualified, committed and encouraging staff is the School's greatest resource. Programs are devised to provide breadth of experience in the junior years, opportunity for exploration in year 9 and access to vocational and academic pathways in the senior years.

Students are expected to represent the College at all times and provide positive role models at school and in the community. There is an expectation that they will develop academically and emotionally on their journey through adolescence and that their efforts will be rewarded by successful outcomes beyond school.
